NetSci-X 2020 will offer a limited number of support in the form of a registration fee waiver to student authors. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
- The applicant must be an active student at a higher education institution.
- The applicant must be a lead author and/or presenter of a contribution accepted for an oral or poster presentation at NetSci-X 2020.
- The applicant does not have sufficient funding to cover her/his registration cost.
To be considered for this registration fee waiver, please send an email with a subject “NetSci-X 2020 student support: [Submission ID number]”, together with an attachment of a photo of your valid non-expired student ID, to netscix2020@gmail.com .
Application deadline: September 30, 2019
Applications will be reviewed by the NetSci-X 2020 organizing committee. Notificaions will be sent to the applicants by October 31, 2019.
(The registration fee waiver will not include a banquet. Those who receive a waiver but want to attend the banquet will need to purchase a separate banquet ticket.)
