Tokyo has an enormous number of accommodation options. The following list suggests only a few examples among many others.
Trains and buses run very frequently from early in the morning to late in the night (see Transportation in Tokyo & Useful Tips). So it is easy to commute from other areas in Tokyo – Shinjuku, Ikebukuro/Sugamo, Nakano, etc. (though Tozai line is infamous for the worst rush hours).
